We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide international shipping through DHL from our warehouses in Dubai, United Arab Emirates by Butterfly Digital Printing LLC.

 

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME

For the fact that our products are produced on demand, shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

RETURNS POLICY

Returns:

e.ProjectGallery looks forward for customer satisfaction. Our products are meticulously quality controlled, but for any problem in your print that is a production defect, we will replace your canvas. Please note that because all products are made-to-order, e.ProjectGallery does not issue refunds.

In case of a defect, a customer can return within 48 hours from the delivery of the order, by issuing a return order request. Following this period, all sales are final.

 

Refunds

Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are paid by e.ProjectGallery unless there are no clear reasons to reprint.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

• You did not receive them within the guaranteed time (50 business days not including 5 days of production and processing)
• You received the wrong item
• The product was damaged due to shipping. Photos with camera-generated date and time will be required as a proof for refund.

We do not issue any refund if:

• Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
• If you do not like the ordered product –  design wise.

Refunds will be made to the same payment method used upon ordering. e.ProjectGallery will not be held responsible if such method is no longer valid or available.

 

Cancellation Policy

The customer can request to cancel his/her order at any time before the order has processed within the first 24 hours with 25% of the order value as administration fee. After 24 hours, a cancellation request can be processed before the order has been shipped with 50% of the order value as design, processing, and administration fees. No cancellation allowed after dispatching the order and refusing shipments subject to 100% processing, production and administration fees.
