The following Terms & Conidtions of Use contains the terms and conditions that govern your use of the Website and e.ProjectGallery Service. Use of the e.ProjectGallery Website constitutes acceptance of these terms.
e.ProjectGallery reserves the right to add, delete, and/or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this document, at any time and at its sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on the e.ProjectGallery Website.

The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

This TOS constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you (User), and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.

 

Eligibility to use Website:

e.ProjectGallery will only knowingly provide service to customers that can lawfully enter into and form a contract under applicable law. The User age should be at least 18 years of age, e.ProjectGallery Website is not intended for children under the age of 18.

e.ProjectGallery Website grants Users a limited revocable license to access and use the Website for its offered services, subject to Users’ compliance with this TOS . e.ProjectGallery does not allow customers to collect or use information collected on the Website to compete with e.ProjectGallery or to create derivative work based on the content of the Website. If User uses the information other than per TOS, e.ProjectGallery may revoke the access and pursue another legal course of action permitted under applicable state or federal law.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

 

Prohibited Use:

A user can only use the Website as expressly permitted by e.ProjectGallery . A user may not cause harm to the Website. Specifically, but not by way of limitation, User may not:

• Interfere with Website performance by using viruses or any other technology or program designed to affect performance, content, and appearance of the Website.
• Modify, create derivative works from a reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any technology.
• Collect any user information used for registration.

All the content including but not limited to: Design, graphics, organization, and digital conversion related to the site are protected under applicable copyright, trademarks, and other property rights. Copying, downloading, or redistribution of any such matters or any part of the site, except outlined in this TOS, is strictly prohibited.

 

Reservation of Rights:

e.ProjectGallery reserves the right but does not assume the obligation to monitor transactions and communications occurring through Website. If e.ProjectGallery determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that User will breach a term or condition of these TOS e.ProjectGallery may cancel such transactions and restrict access.

e.ProjectGallery may modify the site at any time without any prior notice and will incur no liability for doing so.

 

Representation and Warranties:

The user of the site represents and warrants to e.ProjectGallery that in use of the e.ProjectGallery LLC site, User will not infringe the copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret, the right of privacy, the right of publicity, or another legal right of any third party. User further represents and warrants to e.ProjectGallery , that there are no claims, demands, or any form of litigation pending, or to the best of User’s knowledge, threatened with respect to any of User’s content. e.ProjectGallery will not be required to pay any third party related to using the content provided by the User. User content should not cause direct or indirect injury to any third party and should be free of viruses or any other program or technology that can cause direct or indirect damage to the site.

 

Colour Issues:

e.ProjectGallery uses standard industry software for designing and printing purposes. We do not guarantee any colour matching or exact colour print. Slight colour variations are possible and should be considered as acceptable and will not be considered a production mistake and will not be eligible for refund or return or reproduction. We use the best judgment to match the colour but if you need to visually match colour, we suggest ordering a sample product.

e.ProjectGallery sells its products through an E-Commerce Web Site viewable by computers connected to the Internet. These computers may view e.ProjectGallery products solely through their computer screens (“Monitors”). Monitors may be configured to display images and colours in a variety of ways, both through the use of hardware setup and software setup. There are many possible settings for Monitors and there is no true uniform standard to which all Monitors conform. What may look one way on one monitor.

 

Production:

e.ProjectGallery uses production facilities inside of the UAE.

Payment:

e.ProjectGallery accepts Credit Cards & Debit Cards (MasterCard/Visa/American Express) only.

 

Delays:

e.ProjectGallery proposes an estimated delivery date for each order on the e.ProjectGallery site. These dates are indicative dates only and are based on production-ready orders and don’t include any public holidays or shipping delays. Any delay due to shipping has to be addressed directly with the shipping company.

 

Pricing:

Prices for products on e.ProjectGallery are described on our Site. All prices are in UAE dirham.

 

Value-Added TAX (VAT):

Effective 1 January 2018, VAT is charged at 5% on orders sold and shipped by e.ProjectGallery within the UAE.
The advertised prices for products displayed at Butterfly Digital Printing Solutions LLC are inclusive of any VAT. However, your final price will be reflected at checkout, once the order information is completed.

 

Conditions:
• We will not provide any services or products to any Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctioned countries in accordance with UAE law

• Governing Law and Jurisdiction: any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE
